A big cake for a big party!

This monstrosity of a cake is the biggest cake I've ever made.



A whopping 9 layers! This cake took a total of 12 liters of cake batter, 4 cups of home made caramel, 4 liters of frosting!

If that doesn't impress you enough, this cake also traveled 8 hours, in temperaters over 34 degrees, on some unsealed roads!

So, this beast of a cake survived the journey, then had to be topped with a mixture of sugar ice cubes and marshmallows, drinks and of course a lei hand made frangipanis, to go along with the Hawaiian theme of the party.


The small bottle laying down was also cake. a gluten and dairy free strawberry mud to accommodate for those at the party with specific dietary needs.
